  • 8 weeks of LIVE group coaching calls with me. The calls will help reinforce what you learn in the modules and help you gain clarity around any questions you have. Call times will be determined after we collect your schedule and determine what works best for the majority. If you miss a call, all trainings will be recorded so you can watch on replay.

  • Weekly e-mail based check-ins with a coach to give you personalized guidance, keep you in a positive frame of mind, and make adjustments as needed.

  • Access to our app to help you stay more accountable with your nutrition and habits and allows you to communicate with other group members.
