Cardio doesn’t have to mean endless hours on the treadmill. Our Sprint Interval Training (SIT) sessions give you a smarter, time-efficient way to improve power, boost endurance, and improve heart health — especially beneficial for women navigating perimenopause. Prefer steady-state cardio or running goals? You’ll also find beginner-friendly Couch to 5K plans that safely build stamina without the burnout.

Do I need a gym?
Nope! You’ll find both gym and at-home programs in the app. For at-home workouts, you'll need bands (long bands and mini "glute" bands) and dumbbells at the minimum.
I’m a beginner — can I do this?
Yes! Workouts are designed for all levels, and I’ll guide you through proper form.
How much time do the workouts take?
Most sessions are 30–45 minutes done at home, or 45-60 minutes at the gym, perfect for busy schedules.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no hassle.
